Fast and effective website redesign for a healthcare software company
TRIARE created a new website for a company that builds software solutions for healthcare providers.
Web Development, Redesign
The company that creates healthcare software for improving patient care wanted to redesign its website so that it better represents its products. The TRIARE team got ready-to-use designs to work with and had to deliver the working website under a tight deadline.
TRIARE had to use the designs created by another team and adjust the old website content to them. Developers had to thoroughly migrate all the pages and blog posts, making them fit the new design and interactive functionalities.
The most challenging was the timeframe for final delivery: to make everything on time, we had to engage twice as many people as it usually takes for the same-scale project.
Value We Delivered
The client provided us with a very specific assignment, and we followed all the requirements to fulfill the company’s vision. In some cases, TRIARE’s team gave critical feedback: for instance, when some features were not reasonable to bring to reality on WordPress because of their effect on site speed, we came up with a more elegant technical solution.
On top of that, TRIARE created a user-friendly admin panel so that the client can create new pages or edit the existing ones with ease.
It took 200 hours overall. Compared to similar projects, twice as many engineers worked on this one. Such a team size is usually not desired as it might cause problems with code merging, but in this case, it helped TRIARE to execute everything before the deadline.
Thanks to a well-thought plan and the engineer’s expertise with WordPress technologies, the website was ready on time and functioned without any issues right away. It has been a couple of months after its release, and there have been no complaints about the site’s performance. It loads fast, features different types of content including interactive elements and forms, and allows the client to easily modify or expand the pages.
