Website for a solar panel company
Designing a website for a solar panel company from scratch
The company that builds custom solar systems came to TRIARE with a desktop prototype made on Webflow, wanting to create a full-fledged site that would work on any device. 16 unique page types were planned, which is a bit more than in similar projects.
We had to move the site from Webflow to WordPress and create responsive designs for different screens. While the Webflow version was a live site, it only served as a desktop prototype of what the client envisioned.
The major challenge was about organizing the process: we had to settle the client’s expectations and communicate the project’s timeframe and budget. What we had to do included not only adjusting the existing desktop prototype but also designing mobile and tablet versions of the site and building an admin panel.
Value we delivered
Thanks to clear and thorough communication at the very first stages of cooperation, the client gained a better understanding of what it takes to create the website they need.
As a result, TRIARE built a content-rich website that shows the company’s information, including its portfolio, blog, contact form, FAQs, etc. Among other features, our team delivered:
- Pages with dynamically loaded content
- Numerous animated elements
- Sticky site header
- Integrated video testimonials
- Scrollable project carousels
- Several filtering options on blog and portfolio pages
- Attention-grabbing but non-intrusive CTA buttons
The website was successfully launched, with all the client’s requirements and hopes realized. It works fast and looks stunning, breathing new life into the company’s portfolio. The site features a lot of animations—but just as many as it takes not to overload it. Besides other technical things, our team optimized all images and other files to ensure smooth website performance. Months after being live, its speed report remains great, and the client is satisfied with the result they’ve got.
