Website building for real estate company
Website to showcase projects and attract new leads
A real estate development firm hired TRIARE to renew the website based on the designs made by a third party. The old site failed to represent the company’s expertise in a visually appealing and user-friendly way. So, the goal was to create a new one that would make the portfolio shine.
Unlike many other cooperations, this one was completed in no rush. Our team was gradually receiving new pages to work on as soon as their designs were approved.
As there was no pre-defined schedule and the processes of working with third-party designers and our engineers were going in parallel, it was challenging for us to plan the team’s work. Our developers had to react to new tasks and be able to quickly adapt to them when juggling other projects.
- Visually and content-rich homepage
- A set of pages with dynamically loading content
- Carousel with the company’s projects, with a short description showing on hover
- Simple system of filters on the portfolio page
- Easy-to-use contact form
Value we delivered
TRIARE’s team efficiently adjusted the provided designs to all the features requested by the client. All website pages feature interactive elements that load as the user scrolls down, animated elements, and carousels. While it looks like a lot of visual content, the site loads fast, and there haven’t been any performance issues reported.
The website was successfully launched, with all the client’s requirements and hopes realized. It works fast and looks stunning, breathing new life into the company’s portfolio. The site features a lot of animations—but just as many as it takes not to overload it. Besides other technical things, our team optimized all images and other files to ensure smooth website performance. Months after being live, its speed report remains great, and the client is satisfied with the result they’ve got.
