Back in December, we announced our partnership with the Founder Institute (FI). It is one of the biggest pre-seed startup acceleration programs in the world, with a portfolio of over 4,300 startups.

The FI program helps entrepreneurs to get traction and raise funding: founders have already raised more than $900M in their ecosystem.

We joined Founder Institute Munich to provide technical expertise. One of our mentees has been the founder of a German startup GovRadar. It operates in the field of state-run organizations. There was a need for a platform that would allow the governmental organizations to anonymously test digital products and obtain information necessary for tender preparation.

– you’re right,” – Henry Ford

Challenge:

The customer was experienced in working with governmental organizations and became aware of their pain points. One of the biggest challenges remains testing various software products and yet staying transparent. Currently, this process requires significant time and bureaucracy.

We needed to increase the effectiveness of these organizations. Moreover, governmental organizations demanded access to digital projects while staying fully anonymous. TRIARE proceeded with the MVP version for this startup. It was a logical and well-organized way to plan, prepare, and execute the development of a web application within defined time and budget.

What we did:

We had a deep dive into the business idea, processes, and expected outcomes. By default, we prepared technical documentation, wireframes, estimate of the features, and the project’s timeline. Together with the customer, we exchanged the information, received feedback, and provided artifacts from the discovery phase.

Then we formed our team of software developers:

  • Backend developer
  • Frontend developer
  • DevOps

And a QA engineer.

A project manager bridged it all.

Our tech stack included: PHP, React.js, and MySQL.

PM’s skills allowed us to work consistently across all features of the project:

  • Secure registration and login
  • Personal page of the organization
  • Access levels to the website content
  • Advanced filter for software browsing
  • Anonymous testing system
  • User and product management
