Stadami is a sports-focused startup with a brilliant idea of building an innovative platform for outdoor activity enthusiasts.

When they set out on this project, their vision was clear: to create an innovative platform that connects users with professionals in the field of outdoor recreation. 

They wanted to build not just an app, but an ecosystem where anyone can find the ideal trainer for personal or group workouts, using the power of geolocation and digital technologies.

They wanted to cultivate highly effective outdoor workouts while providing a friendly and easy-to-use tool. Whether it’s a professional athlete looking to optimize training or a beginner who feels hesitant about entering a crowded gym, Stadami helps people start training in their familiar surroundings.

We started with the Discovery Phase. Here, we explored the client’s ideas and added new ones from our experts, based on market analysis and trends in the sports industry. Once the main direction was clear, we defined tasks for the first release and future updates.

Next, we focused on app design. Our UI/UX and development teams analyzed the market and existing solutions. They proposed stylistic options, which we finalized with the client before starting screen designs.

After the designs were approved, development began. Teams worked in parallel on mobile applications and the admin panel, and later created a WordPress site. In the end, we delivered four mobile apps: Android and iOS versions for clients and trainers. Our team also designed a robust admin panel for easy management of app content. Created a WordPress site that serves as a landing page and helps new users learn about Stadami more and download the app quickly.

Alongside these, we deliver essential integrations. First off, we integrated purchase systems that address all client requirements – security, transparency, and fast transactions. This ensures every user can make purchases with full confidence in the safety of their personal data. The project’s infrastructure was established on AWS’s global cloud foundation. It’s a highly secure and dependable cloud platform, offering a wide range of infrastructure solutions to run applications globally. Its capabilities ensure faster data transfer, lower latency, and improved performance.

To make it easy for trainers and users to find each other, we also integrated a geolocation feature. Wherever users are, they’ll find together through the app and be in touch 24/7. Additionally, we added a rating and review system to encourage trainers to deliver high-quality services, increasing their visibility and getting more clients. It’s a key social proof feature that helps grow the client base while showcasing expertise in the fitness industry.

As the client prioritized speed and data security, we conducted performance testing and optimized the infrastructure to ensure it met these requirements. So the final result meets all expectations and fulfills every task aligned with the client’s business goals.

As a result of our collaboration, the client now has highly effective mobile apps and a website for easily finding trainers, booking outdoor workouts, and encouraging regular exercise through modern digital solutions and geolocation.

We refined the client’s ideas, added new ones, and expanded them into a full system. Today, the client has a fully functional, autonomous system that is live and receiving its first positive user feedback. We can confidently say that the app is already delivering the benefits outlined at the start of the project.
