The story
Company founder encountered an issue when developing this solution before contacting our experts. TRIARE had analyzed their artifacts and used what it could. But first, we got to know the idea and business pain. Starting with Discovery, we followed with design, development, and launch.
The challenge
In spite of existing tennis mobile apps, TRIARE was tasked to unite an array of features while avoiding app’s complexity. One of the most time-consuming activities for any tennis player who belongs to a club is messaging other players with the goal of organizing a game, booking courts and scheduling lessons with instructors. On the other hand, tennis instructors at clubs typically balance their time between giving lessons and acting as matchmakers while checking schedules. So the client needed a simple and elegant solution to help both tennis players and instructors to save their play time.
