MindZip. An app to master learning
How we designed a marketplace for remembering knowledge
Swift, Kotlin, Node.js, C++
MindZip founder met the TRIARE team when he had only an MVP. Together, they revised and expanded that MVP to a working pilot. The startup got the first users this way to test it and gather necessary feedback. Thousands of people received a simple yet powerful tool for remembering knowledge, tips and personal info.
We know how our memory works (not so well). But we know how to tackle it (repetition works really well). Using a well-known methodology technology (and thanks to TRIARE), our client finally was able to deploy a practical solution to empower thousands of people across the globe.
A challenge for us was to maintain MindZip as a simple and comfortable application for its users. Here is how we made it easy and fun to save and repeat knowledge.
Online content editor
In-app purchases for iOS and Android
Smart push notifications
Third party API integrations
We have created an entire ecosystem around this idea. It includes mobile apps, a web app, and a Chrome extension – all connected to the server side via API. This marketplace unites content creators, publishers, and users who are willing to subscribe to high-quality content.
All the apps are in sync and help active learners to focus on creating and memorizing knowledge. MindZip removes all the distractions which users may experience. One of the best things TRIARE incorporated in this edtech tool is a wise use of push notifications, which brings ultimate value to the user.
The TRIARE team built an ultimate e-learning solution for higher education and employers, including schools, universities and consulting agencies. What was a simple MVP, we turned into an ecosystem to “remember everything you learn.” It now consists of 2 iOS apps, an Android app, a web editor and a Chrome extension.
