A dental robotics company asked TRIARE to develop a web solution to advance the digitalization of its business processes. Since the client was growing and acquiring more partners and customers, its leadership realized that such a solution would be a huge step forward from a marketing perspective. Given our vast experience in business digitalization, TRIARE readily took the project on.
As a dental robotics company, the client was connecting labs that used their technology with medical practices that required lab services. At some point in time, the client noticed that the communication process was quite chaotic and time-consuming: it was conducted via phone calls, emails, or messengers and there was no tracking system.
The challenge was to build a web solution that would help connect practices and labs in a straightforward way. It would allow the client’s admin staff to see different parameters set by labs such as prices and order fulfillment time so that they can assign labs to practices with relevant needs.
What we have done
TRIARE developed the Dentalex solution that facilitates the client’s business process of connecting practices and labs and further enhancing it by setting due dates, sending notifications, etc. In addition, it allowed the client to cover its own medical solutions. For example, their 3D denture technology provided to practices was supported by Dentalex in terms of usage data collection and subsequent CRM integration.
