Arctic is a B2B financial group based in Norway that helps companies raise capital, conduct M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), manage capital, conduct financial analysis, and support major corporate transactions in the energy, real estate, and maritime sectors.

The company needed to improve its real estate management system to deliver better service to clients and partners. User feedback highlighted several areas for improvement, including platform performance, reporting, data management, and overall usability.

The TRIARE team was approached to support AREM (Arctic Real Estate Management System), which serves as a local operations hub for international investors, providing on-site asset management, operational oversight, and project execution for cross-border property investments in Norway. After a deep dive and identifying the best solution for the clients, the work moved forward.

Work on the project was based on an iterative analysis of feedback from business managers (the system’s end users). The Arctic team regularly collected feedback to identify the processes that had the greatest impact on day-to-day operations. Based on this feedback, our team analyzed business needs, identified priority areas for development, and gradually implemented the necessary changes.

One of the key areas of focus was optimizing the system’s performance. We analyzed the platform’s performance at the level of core business processes. Based on the findings, we optimized resource-intensive operations, improved large-scale data processing, and reviewed the interaction logic between individual system modules. This made the platform faster and more stable, and more prepared for future growth.

At the same time, we worked on improving the quality of business processes. Besides implementing the client’s requests, our team also proactively suggested improvements to simplify users’ workflows by analyzing system usage scenarios. We reviewed typical user scenarios, eliminated unnecessary steps in daily operations, refined the logic of interaction between functional modules, and improved the clarity and consistency of key processes. A special focus was placed on improving data quality, so users could use information quickly and make informed decisions based on more reliable data.

The updated functionality and enhanced user experience set a solid groundwork for future improvements.
