Place of Unity - Web Platform for Raising Funds for Charity

Our client, the Cherkasy Regional State Administration, launched a fund to tackle the urgent military and humanitarian needs in the region. With the support of philanthropists and partners, they’re focused on improving the safety, health, and well-being of those defending Ukraine and those in need.

To make an even bigger impact, the foundation decided to create a website where they could highlight critical issues and respond faster. They turned to TRIARE with this request, and we jumped right in – the deadline was tight, but so was our commitment to delivering results.

The main challenge for this project was to design and develop an international platform capable of facilitating seamless donations from people all over the world. The goal was to create a robust and reliable system that would unite individuals globally in their efforts to support Ukrainians during challenging times.

Another challenge was the tight deadline – the client needed a new platform up and running within a month to announce a major initiative. On top of that, the foundation and state administration representatives had to showcase the platform at a regional forum, proving its impact on addressing charitable needs across the region.

With the client’s goals and vision in mind, we got straight to work, focusing on building a platform that not only looked great but delivered real results.

First, we gathered all the necessary information to build the website and held regular meetings with the client to dive deep into their needs and vision for the final product.

Next, we moved on to the UI/UX design. Our TRIARE designers took inspiration from the client’s regional identity and brand. Everything you see on the site – the colors, fonts, and structure – reflects the client’s values and mission.

Then came the website development. Our team focused on the main goal: making it easy to collect donations for the military. We integrated a payment system to streamline fundraising, implemented clear and intuitive navigation, and added a multilingual option to reach a wider audience.

The result? A website that’s already attracting active users and successfully closing its first donation campaigns!

As a result of our collaboration, here’s what we achieved: the client got a platform up and running to collect donations for various causes, all within the agreed timeframe. The website was presented at a regional forum, where it got great feedback from the community and support from investors.

So far, the fund has closed its first fundraising campaign, raising nearly UAH 3 million, all thanks to the website. On the whole, the Cherkasy region has launched another important charitable initiative focused on supporting Ukraine’s defense and helping our army.
