MANN – E-commerce fashion platform for smart and stylish shopping

MANN is a multi-brand store from Ukraine, bringing European premium and luxury fashion for men, women, and kids. The company had three separate websites for clothes selling and spreading its presence more widely online. This was a key challenge affecting business efficiency, as updating content across three websites required extra time, created potential consistency issues, and divided traffic between the platforms.

At the very beginning, the TRIARE team offered a few options to change the situation – whether improve exciting websites and make some improvements in their design, or create a completely new e-commerce platform with a distinctive style and seamless ERP platform integration.

Guided by the second option, we provided a comprehensive step-by-step framework for branding, design, and development.

Together with the client, we decided to move forward with a completely new website, building its design and brand identity from scratch across all online platforms where MANN is present. As always, we started our work from the research phase, where we analyzed the client’s existing websites and the requirements they have for a new one. Alongside this, we defined the scope of work for the design and development stages and outlined potential future improvements.

Then, we moved forward to the design stage, where we created the future website mockups based on deep UI and UX research, aligned with the brand style and user needs. Once everything was agreed and confirmed, we started the website development along with ERP system integration. Since the client’s company has multiple departments, each with its own workflows and requirements, the website had to cover all of them. To ensure the ERP system worked for everyone, we focused heavily on alignment and discovery. Through focused brainstorming sessions, we defined the right functionality, optimized offline processes like warehouse organization and returns, and restructured the data architecture. As a result, our team helped bring clarity and structure, creating a more organized, scalable, and transparent system that supports everyday operations across departments.

The development team was focused primarily on the platform’s user-friendliness, smooth performance, and intuitive navigation within the platform. At the same time, the QA specialists checked its performance after every development step we took. In this way, we made sure the platform was running with no hiccups and fixed any issues before releasing.

During the development stage, we kicked off the branding phase, guided by two key requests from the client: develop a branding style with necessary visual elements and incorporate it into the website design through mockups and prototypes. To address this, we conducted additional client interviews, analyzed the market and competitors, and prepared mood boards. Based on the client’s feedback, we developed logo options and other visual elements that clearly translate its vision and sense of style.

MANN website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, seamlessly connected to an ERP system to keep everything smooth – from browsing and checkout to order management behind the scenes.
