Our client, Sephyre, a Swiss-based logistics company, offers a comprehensive range of services in transportation for dangerous goods: consulting, support, packaging, delivery, and document preparation. They excel at providing professional, smart, and tailored solutions for any logistics challenge, from wrapping delicate goods to ensuring global delivery.

Sephyre approached us with a request to build a CRM system capable of processing customer transportation requests, seamlessly integrating with delivery services like DHL, FedEx, and DB Schenker, and generating documents for hazardous goods transport. The primary goal was to automate these processes and significantly reduce execution time.

The client’s drive to embrace innovative technologies to optimize and enhance their workflows was a constant source of inspiration for us throughout the collaboration.

The client faced a major challenge: their order processing relied on a non-automated paper-based system. Orders had to be handled across multiple platforms – one for delivery, another for documentation, a separate one for invoicing, and yet another for correspondence. This lack of integration resulted in disorganized workflows and no clear overview of the company’s operations on a larger scale.

Our mission was to create a single system to streamline all the company’s internal processes, ensuring it was user-friendly and easy to manage. Thanks to our extensive experience in developing CRM systems, we were able to propose several effective and logical solutions right from the start. Once the client fully approved our ideas and we completed the standard pre-development procedures, we moved forward with the development stage.

From there, we moved on to designing the CRM system, developing the features step by step, and rigorously testing everything to ensure smooth and reliable performance for the client’s operations.
