HelloHome is a “build your own” couch retailer in a luxury segment. There are hundreds of variations in size, color, material, and appliances that can be combined to please the pickiest customer. How do you bring all these together without making an overcomplicated website?
Designed a complex infrastructure. Before taking on this task, we studied the case thoroughly. A series of wireframes and mockups allowed TRIARE team and HelloHome owner to identify key pain points and the optimal value proposition.
User-oriented web design. The workers of our customer praise the HelloHome solution for its simplicity and power. In one platform, they are able to keep all the leads, browse and print thousands of item tags, and create price-listing without duplicating customer information.
Extensive list of features. Our team cut off a lot of unnecessary items. Yet, we still had to fit in all the key features while keeping the user flow simple and intuitive. TRIARE achieved this particularly with help of dozens of automation and quality assurance tests.
