As a trusted company, they support and advise their customers every step of the way, from planning and logistics to installation and maintenance. Professional and uncomplicated service is a key factor in successful partnerships for them.

Having a big client base that steadily grows, they needed the restructuring of the existing media asset management (DAM) portal and the development of a new system. To provide a more enjoyable experience for their clients and make it easier to choose the right products. Here is where TRIARE steps into the process. 

The prime request from the client was to update the asset portal using the latest technologies, which makes the whole system work more productively and faster. It also must support a growing customer base in a way that they can freely choose, look through specifications, and order the products they need. Everything should feel easy to find and use. 

Along with that, the system must keep up with the growing pile of media assets. It was the second big goal for our team to solve. Also, organize the system structure so it’s easy to find and use all internal files.

The next major goal was to enhance the system’s performance to enable more efficient collaboration with Geberit’s partners. We focused heavily on this aspect to support the client in running operations smoothly and maintaining strong relationships.

With all these goals in mind, we moved into the planning and development stages, the starting point of building the new system.

Our team starts work on the Geberit Media Portal with the discovery phase to dive deeper into the client industry and today’s trends, which will become a base for further work. It was important to understand the logic of choosing and interacting with product cards so that the new system would be easy to use for everyone. 

We carried out a full system revamp to significantly improve performance and ensure future scalability. The new platform was designed with a strong focus on user-friendliness, enabling seamless media asset management. To make asset discovery faster and more accurate, we enhanced the search functionality with advanced filters and precise keyword support. 

Our team also integrated a secure Single Sign-On (SSO) system that simplifies access to the platform and password recovery, which is a helpful option in case of losing this data. At the last stage of development and design, we introduced features that allow users to manage, organize, export, update, and download entire asset collections as ZIP archives, making large-scale transfers and storage much more convenient.

• Integrated Keycloak SSO to provide secure login, authorization, and password recovery for all Asset Geberit Media Portal users.
• Updated personal data management functionality, allowing users to customize their accounts by specifying gender, first and last name, company, and more.
• Improved asset search experience with advanced search capabilities, enabling users to enter specific keywords and complex parameters.
• New filtering options that deliver more accurate search results by adding custom filters.
• Upgraded asset management for platform administrators, allowing them to view asset lists and access detailed information such as images, download options, usage rights, keywords, properties, and descriptions.
• An updated export feature that allows users to export assets in high-resolution archive formats.
• Managing collections became more intuitive, with options to add, update, and delete asset collections.
• The ability for everyone on the platform to export collections and download selected asset groups as ZIP archives.

As a result of our productive collaboration and the client’s clear requirements, we successfully developed a robust Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal (a.k.a Geberit Media Portal). The solution includes all essential features to support the client’s day-to-day operations while delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience for their users.

The created system has advanced search capabilities, secure access via Keycloak SSO, seamless data synchronization from internal systems, and convenient asset download options. 

This flexible, scalable, and user-friendly platform improves content management workflows, enhances partner collaboration, and supports efficient distribution of digital assets at scale.
