Bob Snail - Delicious World of Healthy Snacks

Our client is a Ukrainian brand of natural fruit and berry sweets, founded in 2016. No sugar, no gluten, no artificial stuff – just tasty, healthy treats for kids and teens. The first treat they launched that year was a fruity, berry-packed roll shaped like a snail shell. A fun, healthy twist on regular sweets that remains a favorite among kids today. 

They have a website that tells the brand’s mission and introduces new customers with the latest product updates. As the business grew, the client wanted to make some changes. The main goals were to simplify the website’s structure and UX and adapt it to new markets and regions. This is where the TRIARE team stepped in to help.

One of the tasks was to update the website’s navigation and structure for a better and more convenient user experience and navigation. These needs came directly from user feedback they had gathered.

The key challenge was to understand the behaviors and habits of the target audience in different countries and adapt the website accordingly. Another challenge was redesigning the website to make it truly interactive. We tackled this by incorporating playful animations that bring the brand to life, creating an engaging and memorable experience for users of all ages.

Plus, adding a French-language version was essential as it directly addressed the needs of the audience in French-speaking regions.

With all this in mind, we got started by diving deep into the design requirements and crafting a solution to meet the client’s needs.

We focused on one main goal: creating a clean, beautiful website that truly captures the brand’s playful and light mood while keeping it well-optimized.

First, we focused on market analysis to understand the target audience across different countries, as our client aimed to expand into new markets like the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The challenge was to explore the behaviors and habits of potential audiences in each region and tailor the website accordingly.

After defining all the necessary criteria for the users, we proceeded with the design phase. The design team started the analysis of existing issues of user behavior to solve this in the new version. We created wireframes to map out the structure and then came up with several concepts. Once the client approved the structure, we moved on to developing a visual concept, and experimenting with different ideas until we found the right one.

While working on the design, we also analyzed competitors and other design trends to align with the client’s vision. After gathering all the insights and finalizing the concepts, we moved on to building the design, which was then brought to life by our development team.

• We’ve improved user experience and made it way easier to get around the site with clearer categories and simple menus, so users can quickly find products and info without any hassle.
• Product pages now feature detailed descriptions, ingredient lists, and dietary info, giving users all the details they need to make informed choices.
• The updated “About” section now gives you a deeper look into Bob Snail’s mission and values, focusing on our commitment to natural ingredients and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• The website now supports multiple languages and regions, including English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Hungarian, Czech, and tailored versions for places like Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.
• We’ve added fun, smooth animations to the new design, giving the website a lively, engaging feel that really brings the brand to life.

In the end, our client got a new multisite for three countries and multilingual support: the USA, the UK, and Canada, with both English and French versions.

The redesign perfectly captures the Bob Snail brand’s core values – transparency, health, and playfulness. The site is not only easy to navigate but also fun to explore and full of useful info. It aligns with the brand’s new positioning and message, which the client is actively developing and testing.

Today, the site acts as a central hub, directing traffic to Amazon and other shopping platforms, while supporting SEO optimization and social media integration.
